Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 9:41 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Friday ruled in a putative collective action against an auto repair company and its affiliate that the Fair Labor Standards Act does not contain a congressional command barring the enforcement of arbitration agreements or class action waivers, joining a growing chorus of similar appellate findings.
