Facebook Refused To Limit Google Hiring, Exec Says

Law360, Los Angeles (March 24, 2014, 6:50 PM EDT) -- A Facebook Inc. executive refused in 2008 to limit the social networking giant's recruitment or hiring of Google Inc. employees, according to a document filed Friday in California federal court in a suit accusing several top tech companies of violating antitrust laws by agreeing not to poach one another’s employees.
