Chicago Transit Authority Sued Over Freak Derailment

Law360, New York (March 26, 2014, 6:52 PM EDT) -- The Chicago Transit Authority was hit with its first suit on Tuesday by a passenger riding in the Chicago Blue Line train that jumped the tracks at the O'Hare International Airport station and veered up an escalator, injuring more than 30 commuters.
