Gardere Moving Dallas Offices Out Of Downtown District

By Jess Krochtengel (April 3, 2014, 5:38 PM EDT) -- Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP on Thursday announced plans to move its Dallas headquarters out of a downtown skyscraper and into a new building in the Uptown district.

The firm signed a 15-year lease for 109,000 square feet in the planned McKinney & Olive building, which Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC has slated to start construction this summer. The move, projected for fall 2016, coincides with the expiration of Gardere's 26-year Thanksgiving Tower lease, the firm said in a statement.
