Panel Consolidates Merrill Subprime Cases

Law360, New York (April 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As the steady flow of subprime-related lawsuits filed against Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. shows no sign of slowing, a panel has consolidated the cases into one multidistrict suit, finding that the 18 currently pending suits share common allegations.
