GM Wants Ignition Switch Suits Stayed While Judge Rules

Law360, Los Angeles (May 1, 2014, 8:22 PM EDT) -- General Motors Co. on Wednesday said that class action plaintiffs in ignition switch defect suits should voluntarily pause the suits while a New York bankruptcy court rules on whether the suits are allowed under the 2009 sale order that allowed it to exit bankruptcy.
