Cogent Hit With Calif. Class Action Over Unpaid OT

Law360, New York (May 13, 2014, 4:32 PM EDT) -- Cogent Communications Inc. unlawfully withheld overtime payments from its California employees and purposely kept them in the dark on the state’s labor laws, according to a proposed class action lodged against the Internet service provider in California federal court Monday.
