Justices Urged To Mull Quick Appeal Question In Libor MDL

Law360, New York (June 4, 2014, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Bondholder plaintiffs that were part of massive multidistrict litigation accusing a slew of top banks of Libor-rigging pressed the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to take up the question of whether a dismissed suit in a consolidated action can be immediately appealed, saying the banks hadn't shown why their petition for certiorari should be denied.
