Female Publicis Workers To Appeal Cert. Denial In Bias Case

Law360, New York (June 6, 2014, 7:57 PM EDT) -- Female public relations employees who sued advertising conglomerate Publicis Groupe SA and a subsidiary alleging gender bias indicated Thursday in a New York federal court filing that they intend to appeal the court’s decision denying them class certification.
