Coldwell Banker Hit With Class Suit Over Insurance

Law360 (May 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A real estate agent hit Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Co. with a putative class action Tuesday, claiming the brokerage violates California law by requiring its employees to purchase insurance policies that protect the company.
