Samsung Says Alice Ruling Invalidates 2 Apple Patents

Ltd. told a California federal judge on Thursday that two patents asserted by Apple Inc. in an infringement suit that netted it a $120 million verdict might be invalid in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent Alice Corp. ruling.
