ESPN Claims Quiksilver Infringed X Games Trademark

Law360 (May 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- ESPN Inc. has filed a trademark suit against Quiksilver Inc., alleging the company's use of an 'X' in its surfing and snowboarding gear infringes the symbol for the X Games, the cable channel's alternative sports competition.
