Kodak Settles Digital Camera Patent Disputes

Law360 (May 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eastman Kodak Co. has resolved a dispute over the ownership of five digital camera patents which consulting company St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants Inc. accused the camera manufacturer of infringing. The deal should allow St. Clair to continue patent claims stayed against several major electronics and cellular phone companies.
