Iridium Settles Disputes With Motorola, Lenders

Law360 (May 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge has approved a global settlement agreement putting to rest various disputes in the long-standing Chapter 11 case of former wireless network operator Iridium Operating LLC, setting the stage for the company to wrap up its bankruptcy after almost nine years.
