Parents Seek Cert. For Minors In Facebook Game Credit Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 22, 2014, 4:16 PM EDT) -- A group of parents who sued Facebook Inc. for making money off game and application credits unknowingly purchased by their children urged a California federal judge on Thursday to certify a class of minor users, saying certification is just a “short step” after denying Facebook’s motions to dismiss.
