The estate of the legendary actor is suing the North Carolina school for a legal green light to sell a line of bourbon branded with "The Duke," Wayne's nickname. Thus far, the university has been represented in the case by Fulbright, which teamed up with Norton last summer to form a so-called global Swiss verein called Norton Rose...
