FCC Chairman Endorses Sirius, XM Merger

Law360 (June 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- U.S. Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin J. Martin has recommended that the FCC approve a controversial proposed merger between Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. and XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., saying that the companies have agreed to conditions that will help consumers.
