9th Circ. Again Bars NASA Worker Background Checks

Law360, New York (June 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has reaffirmed its earlier decision to grant a preliminary injunction to a group of scientists working under contract to NASA who claim that NASA's mandatory background checks violate the group's right to privacy.
