Ex-Skadden Workers Call For ERISA Ruling Review

Law360, New York (June 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two former employees of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP have urged a federal judge to reconsider his recent ruling that New York's six-year statute of limitations applied to a claim in their putative class action against the firm's pension plan.
