IBM Lashes Back At Overtime Pay Claims

Law360, New York (June 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- IBM Corp. is fighting allegations that it withheld overtime pay from thousands of its technical employees, arguing that the lead plaintiff in the proposed collective action failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
