Pension Fund Can't Join JP Morgan Suit: 7th Circuit

Law360, New York (June 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has denied the Colorado Public Employees' Retirement Association's attempt to join a securities class action against JP Morgan Chase & Co., backing a lower court finding that the pension fund waited too long to intervene in the case.
