Judge Inclined To OK Zyprexa Class, Urges Settling

Law360, New York (July 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has urged Eli Lilly & Co. to consider settling a putative class action brought by unions, health insurers and individuals alleging that they paid too much for the company's anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa, saying he is currently inclined to certify a class of plaintiffs.
