King & Spalding Fights Bid For GM Ignition Switch Notes

Law360, New York (January 27, 2015, 5:44 PM EST) -- King & Spalding LLP fired back at an attempt to force it to hand over internal work documents about client General Motors LLC’s faulty ignition switch litigation, telling a Georgia state judge that the request is inappropriate and unduly burdensome.
