Volvo Seeks Atty Sanctions In $5M Car Defect Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2015, 10:50 PM EST) -- Volvo Cars of North America LLC on Friday urged a Pennsylvania federal judge to sanction a plaintiffs' attorney for misleadingly altering a document in a $5 million class action accusing the company of selling cars with an allegedly fatal side-impact protection defect.
