Chesapeake Faces Opposition In Barnett Shale Royalty MDL

Lawyers for dozens of plaintiffs who contend Chesapeake shorted them on royalties filed 11 oppositions to Chesapeake's motion to transfer Barnett Shale royalty disputes from Tarrant, Johnson and Dallas counties to an MDL to consolidate and coordinate pretrial proceedings.
