Anderson News Fights To Keep Antitrust Suit Alive

By Matthew Bultman (March 10, 2015, 1:53 PM EDT) -- Magazine wholesaler Anderson News LLC fought to preserve antitrust claims against Time Inc., Hudson News Distributors LLC and others, telling a New York federal judge on Monday that there is overwhelming evidence that the groups' illegal conspiracy led to Anderson News' demise.

Anderson News filed a flurry of separate memorandums, each urging a U.S. district judge to deny the individual defendants' bids to be dismissed from the antitrust lawsuit.
