Cert. OK'd In Facebook Minor Sales Suit, But Refunds Nixed

Law360, New York (March 10, 2015, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday certified a class of millions of minor Facebook users and allowed them to pursue injunctive relief in a suit accusing the social media giant of unlawfully refusing to refund minors' in-app purchases, but nixed their claims for monetary redress.
