Cracker Barrel Settles OT Suit With Associate Managers

By Tom Zanki (March 13, 2015, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc. has settled a proposed class action in New York federal court filed by an employee who alleged the restaurant chain failed to pay associate managers overtime, according to a judgment dismissing the suit Thursday.

U.S. District Judge Mae A. D'Agostino dismissed the case without prejudice, allowing a reopening of the motion by any party within 90 days if the settlement is not consummated. D'Agostino said the court has been advised that "this action has been settled or is in the process of being settled."

Terms of the settlement were not immediately available.
