Barclays Can't Escape Ex-Pillsbury Atty's Antitrust Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 2, 2015, 12:21 AM EDT) -- A New York judge on Tuesday trimmed an antitrust suit brought by a former Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP partner alleging Barclays Capital Inc. conspired with others to not use her patented method of structuring municipal bonds, but allowed the main antitrust claim to move forward.
