NLRB Asks Full 5th Circ. To Hear Murphy Class Waiver Fight

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 8:23 PM EDT) -- The full Fifth Circuit should tackle Murphy Oil USA Inc.'s challenge to a National Labor Relations Board ruling deeming arbitration pacts with class waivers unlawful so it can revisit the circuit's prior decision rejecting the labor board's core holding in D.R. Horton, the NLRB said Wednesday.
