Derivative Suit Takes Issue With Cintas' Safety Record

Law360, New York (July 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Work-uniform manufacturer Cintas Corp.'s officers and directors have been hit with a shareholder derivative lawsuit accusing them of consciously directing the company not to comply with worker safety and other employment laws.

The suit, which names 11 current and former officers and directors at the company, including CEO Scott D. Farmer, was filed in Ohio state court by the Manville Personal Injury Settlement Trust.
