Feds Trim FCA Suit Against Former Seedco Director

By Jacob Fischler (April 14, 2015, 3:03 PM EDT) -- New York federal attorneys pared at least two of four claims from a civil case against the former director of the Structured Employment Economic Development Corp. on Monday, telling a judge they will pursue only False Claims Act and unjust enrichment claims for the alleged filing of false job reports.
