Tata Hires South Asians Over Americans, Suit Says

Law360, San Diego (April 15, 2015, 6:06 PM EDT) -- India-based Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. was hit with a proposed class action Tuesday in California federal court, accusing the information technology outsourcer of discriminating against Americans in its U.S. offices, hiring South Asians almost exclusively and limiting opportunities for Americans to advance.
