9th Circ. Affirms Judgment In DVT Airlines MDL

Law360 (July 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Wednesday upheld summary judgment granted to more than 40 airlines in the deep vein thrombosis multidistrict litigation.
