Deutsche Bank, Others Say Silver-Fixing Suit Lacks Facts

Law360, New York (June 1, 2015, 11:11 PM EDT) -- Deutsche Bank AG, HSBC USA Bank NA and the Bank of Nova Scotia asked a New York federal judge Friday to dismiss a multidistrict litigation case alleging they fixed the price of silver, citing a lack of facts supporting the case.
