Judge Grants $8M In Fees In Construction Cartel Saga

Law360, New York (August 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A year after hitting a cartel of American contractors with $90 million in damages for defrauding the U.S. government over construction projects in Egypt, a federal judge has awarded the man responsible for bringing the epic suit roughly $8 million in attorneys’ fees and costs, less than half the amount requested.
