Saudi Arabia Immune From 9/11 Suits: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (August 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The kingdom of Saudi Arabia, five Saudi princes and a Saudi-run international aid organization will not have to face civil lawsuits filed by families of victims and others in the wake of the Sept. 11 attacks, a federal appeals court in New York ruled Thursday.
