Wyo. TV Co. Denies Sabotaging $6.4M Deal For Philly Station

By Jimmy Hoover (June 4, 2015, 1:25 PM EDT) -- The owner of a Philadelphia television station has lodged another attempt to dodge a suit from a company claiming it broke a contract and sabotaged a $6.4 million sale of the station, telling a California federal court it in fact worked tirelessly to ink the deal.

In a motion for summary judgment filed Wednesday, Wyoming-based DTV LLC said that, after a year of filing its lawsuit, LocusPoint Networks has still failed to prove that DTV concealed key information and tried to derail the since-abandoned sale.
