Ex-Vivendi Execs Want Partial Summary Judgment

Law360, New York (August 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two former executives of Vivendi Universal SA have asked a federal court to grant partial summary judgment in the long-standing securities fraud class action alleging that they and their former employer made false and misleading statements that caused Vivendi securities to trade at artificially inflated prices.
