DOE Hit With 3rd Suit Over Calif. Nuke Plant Cleanup

Law360, New York (June 9, 2015, 5:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy was hit Monday in federal claims court with a third suit by a California municipal utility claiming the agency still hasn’t cleaned up a shuttered nuclear plant even after two suits that cost the agency more than $75.6 million.
