Enron Gets Settlement Shortfall Case Sent To Texas

Law360, New York (August 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge in Chicago has dealt Enron Creditors Recovery Corp. a win in a dispute over the misallocation of $22 million from an $89 million settlement fund for class action plaintiffs who lost money in Enron's employee benefit plans.
