EBay Told To Show Agreement Info In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Internet auctioneer eBay Inc. must turn over information regarding all domestic and international agreements in an antitrust lawsuit alleging attempted monopolization of the market for online auctions, a federal judge has ruled.

In a ruling Friday, Judge Richard Seeborg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ordered eBay to produce all domestic and international agreements responsive to the plaintiffs' requests.
