NM Tribe Can Keep Casinos Open For Now, US Atty Says

Law360, New York (July 1, 2015, 5:05 PM EDT) -- The Pueblo of Pojoaque can continue operating its two New Mexico casinos even though its gaming compact has expired, the top federal law enforcement official in the state said Tuesday, saying it was in the public's interest to continue the status quo while litigation on the compact continues.
