McElroy Settles Ex-Atty’s Sex Bias, Sexual Harassment Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 6, 2015, 9:26 PM EDT) -- McElroy Deutsch Mulvaney & Carpenter LLP has settled an employment suit brought by a former associate accusing the New Jersey firm of sex discrimination and sexual harassment, according to an order filed Monday in New York federal court.

U.S. District Judge Lorna G. Schofield signed off on an order dismissing the case without prejudice, saying the parties told her they had reached a settlement in principle.

Representatives for the parties did not immediately respond to requests for comment late Monday.
