Victims Want Iran's 9/11 Liability To Apply To Entire MDL

Law360, Washington (July 10, 2015, 5:19 PM EDT) -- Insurance companies and family members of victims in multidistrict litigation over the 9/11 terrorist attacks asked a New York federal court Thursday to extend its earlier ruling that Iran was liable for the attacks to the entire MDL.
