Tribe Sues New Mexico Over Gambling Pact Impasse

Law360, Chicago (July 20, 2015, 3:43 PM EDT) -- The Pueblo of Pojoaque on Saturday sued to force the state of New Mexico to strike a new gaming compact for its two casinos, seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages and accusing the state of failing to negotiate in good faith.
