Judge Nixes Securities Suit Against China Life Ins.

Law360, New York (September 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed a securities class action filed against China Life Insurance Co. Ltd. by investors who claim that the company failed to disclose that it was being investigated by Chinese regulators and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which allowed the price of its stock to become artificially inflated.
