According to the report, potentially interested suitors include private equity firms such as Pamplona Capital Management LLP and Thoma Bravo LLC, and the Texas-based insurance company has already begun working with an undisclosed financial adviser. The report cautioned that the process is at an "early stage" and could wind up being for naught....
