Law360, New York (August 19, 2015, 10:19 PM EDT) -- CBS Corp. and Helferich Patent Licensing LLC on Wednesday filed a joint motion seeking to dismiss all claims and counterclaims in a case alleging the network infringed mobile alert technology patents through its sending of text messages to viewers.
The two entities told the court that because they have resolved their differences as part of an agreement that was not included in the filing, they agree to cover their own attorneys’ fees and costs, according to the filing.
Helferich also accused The New York Times Co., J.C. Penney Corp. Inc., G4 Media LLC and Bravo Media LLC of infringing seven patents...
