Video Rental Giants Face Off

Law360, New York (June 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Video rental giant Blockbuster Inc. is fighting back against online rival Netflix, filing a countersuit Tuesday that claims its competitor is trying to monopolize the movie rental market by using unenforceable patents.

"There is nothing original about renting movies or subscription rental programs,” said Marshall B.
