Video Rental Giants Face Off

Law360 (June 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Video rental giant Blockbuster Inc. is fighting back against online rival Netflix, filing a countersuit Tuesday that claims its competitor is trying to monopolize the movie rental market by using unenforceable patents.
